☕ How to Use
Take a rice-grain-sized amount (~250 mg) once daily. Dissolve in warm liquid and consume on an empty stomach, or as directed by your Ayurvedic practitioner or licensed healthcare provider.
I take 2 grams (8 doses) and gently heat in a very clean pot in about 8oz of water. Don’t boil just heat. Stir constantly. it takes a little work to dissolve it.
Once it’s all dissolved, measure how much water is left. If under 8oz, add water to make 8 oz. if over 8oz leave as is.
Now you have a solution that contains 250mg of Shilajeet for every ~1oz solution. Put in a mason jar to cool and then put in fridge.
Every morning, shake jar, then pour 1oz liquid-Shilajeet-solution into a glass of water, warm (oat) milk, chai, tea, later, coffee and drink. I don’t love the flavour so I just add luke warm water and down it. Lasts for 8 days.
📦 Store sealed in a cool, dry, dark place.
