My deepest foundational training in both Sound Healing and Reiki was completed at the Adwait Yoga School in Rishikesh, where I achieved Level 1 through Level 3 in both modalities. The entire school's philosophy is rooted in the authentic Himalayan lineage of founder Sri Yogi Anand, ensuring a practice of the highest integrity. Taught by Senior Trainer Harish Guruji, this intensive program focused heavily on the quantum physics and biology of sound, framing the healing modality within the profound philosophical truth that we are all divine and made of universal matter, thus making us innate healers. We were trained to trust our intuition and cultivate the power of pure intention to allow for the free flow of sonic and universal energy. Furthermore, the Reiki component was unique: we rigorously studied traditional Reiki symbols while also practicing with profound Indian symbols (such as the Om, Swastik, Lotus, and Sri Yantra). This advanced approach reinforced the practitioner’s role as a clear, energetic conduit, capable of channeling stellar, divine healing energy for deep, lasting transformation. My Master-level training with Muskan Singh at Prana Shakti was transformative, providing the essential formulaic structure and rigorous protocol that complements the intuitive flow of my other lineages. Born and raised in Rishikesh, Muskan brings a dynamic, modern sensibility to ancient practice, focusing on the powerful integration of intention, visualization, and physical instrument precision. Grounded in a deeply traditional Kundalini Yoga lineage, the training immersed me in high-level techniques essential for energy mastery.
