Your New Mala Companions
These quarter-malas, handcrafted by me, have 27 beads, a quarter of the traditional 108-bead mala used for meditation, breathwork, and chanting. To use it, hold the mala in your left hand and move the beads through your middle and index fingers with your thumb, one bead per breath or mantra. You can chant a word, phrase, an affirmation, or traditional mantra (e.g. Om So Hum) with each bead, or simply breathe deeply. Use it to create short moments of focus and calm anytime during your day.
Your malas are yours to enjoy however you wish.
